The Chubbsafes i-Zen 20 is a compact smart safe for Malaysian homes, apartments and small offices. It combines convenient fingerprint and touchscreen PIN access with an emergency override key, movement alarm and base-bolting facility.

At approximately 25 kg, the i-Zen 20 is suited to passports, jewellery, cash, watches and important documents while occupying less space than larger models in the i-Zen range.

Features

Fingerprint and touchscreen PIN access: choose biometric entry or a digital PIN for everyday use.
Emergency access: an override key provides an alternative way to open the safe during a lock or power issue.
Backup power: an external battery box with USB Type-C connection can restore lock power if the internal battery is depleted.
Movement alarm: the built-in alarm helps deter unauthorised movement or tilting.
Secure boltwork: the door uses two moving front bolts and two fixed bolts at the rear edge.
Wrong-entry lockout: five unsuccessful attempts trigger warning beeps and a temporary lockout.
Floor anchoring: a base-bolting facility allows installation on a suitable floor.
Two colour options: available in black or green to suit modern interiors.

Delivery and handling

Free delivery within Klang Valley — to the ground floor, or to any floor reached by a lift that can take the safe.
A doorstep or a short flight of up to three steps is still free. Beyond that, carrying a safe up stairs needs extra manpower and carries a handling charge per floor — the amount depends on the safe’s weight and is shown on the product page before you add it to the cart. This applies where our own team delivers; a courier leaves the safe at the ground floor or lobby and cannot take it further.
Outside Klang Valley, a safe up to 65 kg is sent by courier and the charge is calculated at checkout once you enter your address. The courier delivers to the ground floor or building lobby only and cannot carry a safe upstairs, even where there is a lift, so please arrange your own help for the last leg. A heavier safe travels on our own lorry: place the order and we will confirm the delivery charge with you before we deliver. Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan ship through our East Malaysia forwarder, quoted separately.
