Delivery and handling

• Free delivery within Klang Valley — to the ground floor, or to any floor reached by a lift that can take the safe.
• A doorstep or a short flight of up to three steps is still free. Beyond that, carrying a safe up stairs needs extra manpower and carries a handling charge per floor — the amount depends on the safe’s weight and is shown on the product page before you add it to the cart. This applies where our own team delivers; a courier leaves the safe at the ground floor or lobby and cannot take it further.
• Outside Klang Valley, a safe up to 65 kg is sent by courier and the charge is calculated at checkout once you enter your address. The courier delivers to the ground floor or building lobby only and cannot carry a safe upstairs, even where there is a lift, so please arrange your own help for the last leg. A heavier safe travels on our own lorry: place the order and we will confirm the delivery charge with you before we deliver. Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan ship through our East Malaysia forwarder, quoted separately.
