Chubbsafes i-Zen IoT 50 Smart Safe
The Chubbsafes i-Zen IoT 50 is a connected fingerprint safe for Malaysian homes and small offices. Tuya app connectivity adds remote monitoring and control to the i-Zen range, while fingerprint, touchscreen PIN and a concealed override key provide flexible access.
With a 40-litre interior, 53 kg net weight and 90 minutes of fire resistance under SP testing, it is designed for documents, cash, jewellery and other valuables that benefit from both connected monitoring and physical protection.
Features
- Tuya app connectivity: supports remote monitoring and control through the Tuya smart-home platform.
- Fingerprint and PIN access: register up to 10 fingerprints and two user passwords; PIN length is 4 to 6 digits.
- Concealed emergency key: allows manual access during an emergency lockout.
- 90-minute fire resistance: tested under SP standards according to the current Gunnebo Malaysia product sheet.
- Movement and tilt alarm: activates when movement or tilting is detected.
- Wrong-entry lockout: five unsuccessful attempts trigger warning beeps and an approximately three-minute lockout.
- USB-C backup power: an external battery box can restore lock power if the internal batteries are depleted.
- Floor anchoring: includes a base-bolting facility for installation on a suitable floor.

Delivery and handling
- Free delivery within Klang Valley — to the ground floor, or to any floor reached by a lift that can take the safe.
- A doorstep or a short flight of up to three steps is still free. Beyond that, carrying a safe up stairs needs extra manpower and carries a handling charge per floor — the amount depends on the safe’s weight and is shown on the product page before you add it to the cart. This applies where our own team delivers; a courier leaves the safe at the ground floor or lobby and cannot take it further.
- Outside Klang Valley, a safe up to 65 kg is sent by courier and the charge is calculated at checkout once you enter your address. The courier delivers to the ground floor or building lobby only and cannot carry a safe upstairs, even where there is a lift, so please arrange your own help for the last leg. A heavier safe travels on our own lorry: place the order and we will confirm the delivery charge with you before we deliver. Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan ship through our East Malaysia forwarder, quoted separately.
